What you will be doing:

• Support our internal and external efforts to highlight our employer brand to different audiences
• Design external and internal content for our HR and Talent communication initiatives
• Contribute to our Campus Recruiting efforts (Job fairs, events, content)
• Support on any HR/TA administrative tasks as the business requires
• Support our culture efforts to promote what we are and what we do to internal and external audiences

Who you are:

• You are creative, curious, and detailed oriented
• You possess strong communication and writing skills
• You are passionate about promoting and communicating in the right way
• You enjoy working as part of a team
• You have interest on HR topics
• You are interested in learning about people’s needs

Qualifications:

• Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Psychology, or related
• English as a second language is a must
• Availability to work from 8:00am – 5:00pm
• To graduate at least in December 2022 or later
• At least intermediate design skills/knowledge such as Photoshop, Canva or similar
