The Latam Digital Creative role is a regional Sr Designer position reporting to the Innovation Manager, leading the digital development for Disney Consumer Products for all our franchises (Diney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, Nat Geo and 20th Century). The Digital Creative role should have an outstanding strategic design thinking and a demonstrable expertise in social media, e-commerce and digital product solutions tailored for integrated environments to support the consumer’s omni-channel shopping journey. He/she must be able to handle projects with greater autonomy, lead internal teams and external partners on focused projects, and present work up to executive leadership. The Digital creative designer should be responsible to lead the new generation of consumer e-products in close collaboration with product developers, creative teams, mkt, commercial and research. A digital strategist able to consolidate phygital, on/offline ideas, mobile, apps and e-comm development. End-to-end solution maker, outstanding ideation from scratch to implementation and tracking measurements and results. An inspiring leading role with a cutting edge of technology and innovation midset capable to influence in other teams.
Responsabilidades:

- Shape the future of consumer products into digital, metaverse and gaming.
- Responsible for the design and development of the visual, tone, and aesthetic of digital products.
- Bold, optimistic and passionate creative with the ability to mentor and works as a team member across geographies.
- Develop concepts and creative strategies that fulfill objectives of category, concept, brief.
- Collaborate with Product Design/Creative Design team to ensure holistic storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure consumer and franchise focus.
Experiencia laboral requerida:
- 5+ years of experience in digital creative industry, digital advertising, PR, media, social media, or any field leveraging creativity or strategy.
- Strong design sense & talent for visual storytelling.
- Experienced (internal and external) presentation skills.
- Understand how to leverage and transform traditional retail and seasonalities in to a digital world
- A foundational understanding of gaming, app development, UX, AR/VR, coding.
- Core understanding of the relationship between commercial, mkt, branded experiences, retail teams .
- Expertise in product development, visual, motion, industrial and brand design.
- Experience translating data into meaningful insights that transform into creative proposition.
- Deep understanding of product development and digital innovation trends.
- Outstanding online portfolio demonstrating success in using design tools and creative design.
- A creative storyteller who can connect with our commercial teams, licensees and retailers through digital solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills who can share and engage presenting creative insights and draft ideas based market research and data to final creative initiatives.
- Adobe Creative Suite – Advanced
- Editing and Motion design Sofware – Advanced
- 3D Sofware – Intermediate
- Coding – Basic
Educación requerida:
- Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media Technology, Visual Comunication, Integrated Design.
- Ideal: Master in Digital Marketing, Product Development, Brand Management.
- Advanced level of English is a must.
